Salary Amazing people who build GY products in the field.
Cons
Location of headquarters. Very encumbered by old mindsets-- not a place that I would be proud to say I "rose through" the ranks at. Lots of turnover of people at mid-management levels who are new to the organization-- salaries are high because working conditions aren't optimal. I knew many people who left after a few years because they saw no opportunity for advancement or appreciation for the skills they were recruited to contribute. The HR leadership was very aware of this phenomenon, but they had no idea how to combat it because they were that out of touch.
