Pros
If you can work hard, you will be able to get a position and keep it here. Heat in most shops in the winter. Build a relationship with your customers.
Cons
Low pay. Hard sweaty work. Always short staffed. No air in the summers (GA is 100 degrees plus all summer)!!! Mistreatment of employees at the lower level. Have to work all day Saturday, EVERY Saturday!!!! Basic level position (General Service Technician) has no benefits compared to all others even at full-time. Lots of negativity!!!
