Dynamic work env, with lots of agency granted to SWEs. Brilliant & friendly coworkers (including Google's finest / most tenured). A unique culture that separates itself from google via enabling individuals (over teams), fostering hustle, and providing opportunities for _actual_ impact
Cons
Chaotic at times (it comes with the excitement). overhead & bureucracy is increasing as we scale rapidly
