      Pros

      Pay, Bonuses, Paid Benefits(single) and Job Stability. This company produces lead, recycles and adheres to EPA/OSHA standards! Great company to work for.

      Cons

      Pay is decent, however with the type of work involved and environment you have to work in, I think the starting pay and overall pay for general laborers and leads are below average and way less than the sister location in Eagan, MN.

      Pros

      Salary 20-30k higher than local manufacturing companies. Benefits are close to 98% covered by the company. New Occupational Health Physicians on site to track and monitor exposures and fitness for duty which shows they care about the health and safety of their employees. Tuition Reimbursement Company prefers to promote from within

      Cons

      Required to wear a respirator (Not easy in the Florida Heat) and required to participate in monthly blood draws (Not easy if you are not a fan of needles)
