      Inflated expectations, requires almost 24/7 availability, barely any cover when shortstaffed , poor upper manager support(but that depends on the site)

      Relaxed, straight forward job that you can leave at the door.

      Cons

      Very unorganized. Constantly staffed incorrectly. Little consideration from managers unless they like you (know that you're a hard worker and will take complete advantage of you).
