Terrible management and toxic work environment - Liquor Store Manager Gopuff Employee Review

This is the absolutely worst company I've ever worked for in decades of experience. Management is a nightmare. Instead of having your back, they make sure you know they are constantly looking for anything they can interpret against you - and refuse to let you provide an explanation or a view of the actual reality. This is how they treated a manager who brought the store from #4 or #5 to #1 in the company in a couple of months and has been increasing performance every month.
