goPuff's collaborative start up culture and value-driven environment make it a unique and truly rewarding workplace. The executive team makes an effort to make all employee's feel like an integral part of the "family". goPuff also has a great open atmosphere and a lot of room for growth for every employee at any capacity.
Cons
Its a start up so the environment isn't for everyone. I wouldn't necessarily consider this a con though. Instead, its just something to be aware of if you are uncomfortable with autonomy, accountability, and responsibility.

- Horrendous regional/corporate leadership delivery on promises.
- Company directives change by the week.
- Had 7 different regional directors in 3 years.
- Quarterly layoffs, you just wait for an email.
