Pros
Work is slow at first but within months expect the number of orders to increase rapidly. Relaxed environment. Creates great team building and responsibility. Hired almost immediately following phone interview.
Cons
Lack of training. Information from higher-ups isn’t explained effectively. Drivers’ pay may change and OM’s aren’t informed completely about it. Pay could be higher. Operational managers are no different than regular employees.
