Lots of potential, poor area leadership - Shift Supervisor Gopuff Employee Review

Upper management (Area and above) is very pretty bad. Decisions are not made in a timely manner nor do they effectively communicate very important information. On top of that they force their operations leaders to schedule and have conference around their preferred time, not when their GM's and Leads are in the building. Creating 12 + hour days sometimes for their managers that they are supposed to support. Very little room for internal growth (one team member has become a lead in the last 6 months, the rest are external hires) No leads have become GM's and their is no pipeline or training platform to become a GM
