      The only pro I can think of is you can work from home

      Cons

      * unorganized * discriminatory * clicky even though its remote * benefits aren't that great * nonresponsive to questions and concerns * lacks a structured training program

      Relaxed, straight forward job that you can leave at the door.

      Cons

      Very unorganized. Constantly staffed incorrectly. Little consideration from managers unless they like you (know that you're a hard worker and will take complete advantage of you).
