      Pros

      - smart and hard-working people - glamourous 'hypergrowth' startup from the outside with all the fundings and launches - can't think of any

      Cons

      - insanely high turnover!!! - toxic company culture (most people I know hate their jobs ) - senior management only cares about their own benefit - always changing priorities - zero career advancement - poor benefit and compensation - hypergrowth = hyper political drama
