Pros
Pay is above minimum wage ($18/hr) and the work really isn’t that difficult or straining as some other warehouse jobs. No customers are allowed in the facility so you’re really only interacting w/ other crew members on your shift (1-5 people, other than yourself) and drivers that may come in to use the restroom & pickup orders to deliver. Easy to transfer
Cons
As with any newer company, they expect this job to be your life. There is a 2 MINUTE grace period lol, if you clock in later than 2 minutes after your shift starts it’s a strike, 3 times is a write up. System errors aren’t rare & they don’t make the job easier. Employee discount is mehhh Biweekly pay is hell
