Terrible experience - Field Recruiter Gopuff Employee Review

Working as a recruiter at Gopuff has been terrible. At least on the launch team it has been. Position is EXTREMELY low paying especially for the amount of work we do it’s very high volume. Managers have no idea what they’re doing and solve every problem with meetings. The amount of meetings we have is ridiculous. Recruiting here or at least on this team is a joke. Managers also blame the recruiters for everything and don’t hold themselves accountable.
