      Nothing. They lie by giving you false hope of promotion if you work hard, but do not follow through.

      Relaxed, straight forward job that you can leave at the door.

      Cons

      Very unorganized. Constantly staffed incorrectly. Little consideration from managers unless they like you (know that you're a hard worker and will take complete advantage of you).
