Fast paced environment with new projects and campaigns regularly. Young, diverse environment and team members who become real life friends.
Cons
Growing a little too fast for their own good. Do not pay good employees who work the hardest nearly what they're worth, and choose to let them go or leave without even compromising on salary to keep them. There's a lot of secretive decisions/actions that later come out as surprises to entire teams. There is little to no work life balance, the expectation is to respond 24/7 and management does the bare minimum to support and guide their teams. Work is constantly piled on from leadership, outside of scope, putting a huge amount of pressure on team members to get it done on top of their multiple other tasks due in a day. Overall, there is just very little respect/recognition for the teams who pump out the most work in the least amount of time which creates an unrealistic and unfair working environment.
