      Decent pay Open to new technology Standard Engineers (SE 1 - 3) are good

      Cons

      Business just wants to move fast, forget employees & call it "hustle". No real roadmap outside of current week for engineering. Long hours, no rewards. Engineering has 0 good culture.

      Relaxed, straight forward job that you can leave at the door.

      Cons

      Very unorganized. Constantly staffed incorrectly. Little consideration from managers unless they like you (know that you're a hard worker and will take complete advantage of you).
