      Make your own schedule Not complicated You get tips, commission and guaranteed hourly rate Independent Don’t have to ask or wait for vacation or sick days

      Cons

      Paying a lot for gas and car maintenance and/or repairs Monotonous Tough to get scheduled hours, where you are guaranteed $15/hour, but you can still work whenever you want to get tips and commission
