      you get payed about what your worth to that company , meaning it sounds good but the head games and content lowing and chipping at your pay to make it lower kind of take your self worth away from you , its like being in a abusive relation ship ,

      Relaxed, straight forward job that you can leave at the door.

      Cons

      Very unorganized. Constantly staffed incorrectly. Little consideration from managers unless they like you (know that you're a hard worker and will take complete advantage of you).
