When sales are down, hours are cut. This occurred for a month straight with no prior notice. Every task is timed. Therefore, your performance metrics are expected to meet goPuff standards, even if you are the only person working in the warehouse by yourself. Which will happen. You will be responsible for "accepting" order in less than 60 seconds, "picking & packing" in less than 2.5 minutes, and "running" each & every order to all driver outside the warehouse by yourself. Staff is only hired at minimum depending on MFC size. So if someone is sick, leaves, etc, you'll be expected to work for hours alone & still be expected to meet metrics. Management is not required to be onsite full time & works from home A LOT. Employee discounts is not worth the $13 per hour they pay. No one could afford to place a mandatory $15 minimum order to get a 2% "discount" & their products are more expensive than competitors ( like Dash Mart), which is where we ordered from from time to time. Very high turnover! goPuff told mangers they will NOT be raising hourly pay to meet competitors and/or for retention. Told of current OA's do not like, "they can go flip burgers. "
