Pros
Cool co workers while working
Cons
Would not recommend for long term. Went above and beyond at this job covering every shift that was dropped by OA's and covered every time the manager was out. Worked well over 80+ a week with no days off for months at a time. Upper management showed that they cared more about newer associates rather than the tenured and the pay was not worth all of the time and effort put in on a daily basis. There were many days I tried to help the culture around the warehouse and upper management did not compensate me for my efforts. I really felt unappreciated and undervalued there when I tried to be a positive impact in every area that I could be. It's unfortunate that I had more support from my coworkers than I did from upper management 90% of the time and when I contacted HR about my job safety, I was told that as long as I was doing my job then I had nothing to worry about. I was let go because of accusations of a new employee when I have never have any write ups or other issues previous to this. Another employee was let go because of accusations of the same new employee. I honestly would not recommend this job for warehouse or drivers.
