Good pay if you get the hours.
Cons
All the company cares about is saving money. They set unrealistic targets and punish you by taking away your hours (0hr contract so they give as they please). I've seen mothers crying because they'll not be able to pay the bills and they are met with no sympathy whatsoever. Not meeting the constantly tightening targets? You've not got any hours the next week. Since I started working here in February our warehouse alone has cut around 2000 hours a week off their employees - it's now April. Take that as a sign of the direction this company is heading.
