The cons are you won’t get paid when you’re supposed to and you’ll almost get evicted because of it. And when this DOES happen, it’ll take them a month of stringing you along before you finally get paid. And I know what you’re probably thinking right? “That’s one employee, must have been a slight mishap, that wouldn’t happen to me”. Well this actually happened to half the company. They’ll also switch your schedule with no notice and no regards to your life outside of work. Oh and they’ll move you to a different department with no notice and no training yet still expect you to meet quota. The workforce management team will treat you like a peasant basically. Do not work here.
