Pros
The only pro is the potential opportunity for the company to be the next amazon. That is the absolutely only reason I was there and remained there as long as possible.
Cons
Too many to list, but will try to start with a few: * Very Amazon-like cut throat culture. Can't count how many times I had someone aggressively disagree with me on a meeting with >10 others. * Leadership directed project just add on to current priorities and no ability to reduce priorities * Business conditions are such that there were two recent layoffs and would expect this to continue as they hired way to aggressively last year. * Values listed on the website are complete BS. Once you are in there, the CEO's literally say that "being a killer" is the only value they care about, and they hire leaders with that mentality. * Getting things done quickly and cheaply at any and all costs is all they care about. * Every meeting has to include 5-10 others with just about everyone trying to be the most vocal. I dreaded every single minute of every single day there, and thank my lucky stars that I got laid off and could re-set my career during my severance period.
