      -Executive leadership changed multiple times in less than 2 years -Multiple layoffs in 6 months (none of which are based on performance but appear uninformed). - Highly volatile environment with no job security. -Environment of frustration and dispair

      Relaxed, straight forward job that you can leave at the door.

      Cons

      Very unorganized. Constantly staffed incorrectly. Little consideration from managers unless they like you (know that you're a hard worker and will take complete advantage of you).
