Evil company that doesn’t care for its employees - Operations Gopuff Employee Review

Worst job I ever had. This company zero percent cares about its employees and it shows. They have unrealistic expectations for the people who have to pack the incoming online orders and will burn even the most excited and positive employees out. For the amount of work one employee would have to do, I would say we should have been getting paid at least in the mid-20s range per hour, but GoPuff gives its employees literally the absolute bare minimum of wage that they can get away with. The outsourced GoPuff drivers were getting 18 an hour at one point and they dropped it down to 15 unexpectedly, then the next step is that GoPuff proposed that their store employees become the drivers instead, basically so they wouldn’t have to keep paying more. Avoid this evil, cheap and disgusting company at all costs.
