Train wreck - Operations Associate Gopuff Employee Review

They expanded too quickly and are now having to fire anyone they can and reduce hours so low that it's not worth showing up for. I've been here 3 years, was supposed to be set as a full time employee but they kept putting it off while still scheduling me full time. Now that they're trying to fix the fact they extended too quickly, they reduced my hours from 40 a week to 20 a week without telling me instead of fixing my temp status for 2 years, I also waited a year for a raise that I was supposed to receive a year prior. and firing as many people as they can. They have also begun micromanaging employees.
