Pros
Growth opportunities exist within the company, as I started from the ground and moved up quickly. A majority of the people you will come in contact with are very cool and chill. I made a lot of potentially life long friends as a result of Gopuff. The pay I got for my work load felt fair.
Cons
Constant fears of being laid off. I was nailed in the third round of layoffs, which resulted in all of the Customer Service team being laid off, but prior to that I would constantly go to bed fearing in the morning I would have an e-mail from the company. Upper management felt very biased. I was given no opportunity to move elsewhere in the company prior to my layoff, despite my tenure and others with less experience being moved instead, saving their jobs.
