Pros
I really enjoyed my time here, the workload was crazy but always fun and interesting. The people I worked with were amazing, I made some very good friendships out of my coworkers at the time.
Cons
The leadership is ever changing, there have been mass layoffs due to "restructuring" so you never know when you're role will be cut. There's a lot of favoritism, with employees who were with the company from the start looking down on new employees. The pay scale is very unfair, for instance, I was paid MUCH lower than new PMs who came in months and months after me who didn't even have the same PM experience as me. Back to favoritism, certain employees were able to whine enough to get an enormous pay bump for doing the bare minimum. Not much different from a lot of corporate settings, but still really puts things into perspective who they value as "worthy" of an appropriate salary for the work they actually do or do not do, in this case. They grew the business too fast for their own good, unfortunately.
