      Room for internal growth. You only deal with your teams and drivers- no face to face contact with customers.

      Cons

      Sometimes there isn't much of a work/life balance- it really depends on staffing and any potential issues that arise in the workplace. You still get messages from peers and your employees on your PTO.

      Honestly, there's nothing I didn't like about that job. Except for going in the freezer lol.
