Good benefits, great team mentality. Lots of freedom to run your site as you seem fit
Cons
No work life balance, as a site leader depending on your site, if you have a call out you’ll have to cover. Upper management tends to keep a blind eye to outside issues (supply chain, space constraints). After 4 rounds of layoffs and decommissioning of site the constant fear of if you losing your job. Constantly having your raise and bonus structure change and never a clear answer on what your bonuses are based on.
