      Pros

      I have had a lot of growth within GoPuff since I started with them. I was able to go from a driver to a site leader with the company within 3yrs.

      Cons

      Not a lot of support from management is provided, or training in a timely manner; it consists of a lot of trial and error, or on-the-job training. The pay for the other employees is very low so retention is very difficult, and the recruitment team struggles to keep up with the constant need for more Operations Associates.

      Honestly, there's nothing I didn't like about that job. Except for going in the freezer lol.

      Relaxed, straight forward job that you can leave at the door.

      Cons

      Very unorganized. Constantly staffed incorrectly. Little consideration from managers unless they like you (know that you're a hard worker and will take complete advantage of you).
