      Great team mentality and collaboration with other GMs Exciting things happening all the time Transparent results to evaluate business positives and opportunities

      Quality of work experience is mostly dependant on having a solid manager, not a great interview process to evaluate quality of leaders coming into the organization

      Relaxed, straight forward job that you can leave at the door.

      Cons

      Very unorganized. Constantly staffed incorrectly. Little consideration from managers unless they like you (know that you're a hard worker and will take complete advantage of you).
