      Some very good people working there, hired from some great companies

      Cons

      No reward for hard work, promotions and role changes come from being friends not for results Exec team and their friends, look down on people and positions at the company and do not value their work

      Relaxed, straight forward job that you can leave at the door.

      Cons

      Very unorganized. Constantly staffed incorrectly. Little consideration from managers unless they like you (know that you're a hard worker and will take complete advantage of you).
