      Can be a fun work environment, very simple, and easy, especially when everyone does what's needed.

      Cons

      Poor management, lack of teamwork amongst leaders and OA's, but easily taken advantage of, overworked, underpaid, favoritism

      Relaxed, straight forward job that you can leave at the door.

      Cons

      Very unorganized. Constantly staffed incorrectly. Little consideration from managers unless they like you (know that you're a hard worker and will take complete advantage of you).
