      Pros

      Good growth opportunities in a fast paced start up environment if you're willing to put in the work/hours

      Cons

      Every changing management. (Over 5 'Regional Managers' in 2 years). They make you know that you are replaceable. Scattered goals and KPI's with ever changing management. They use you as chess pieces as they see fit. Most importantly: Dishonest in every way.

      Relaxed, straight forward job that you can leave at the door.

      Cons

      Very unorganized. Constantly staffed incorrectly. Little consideration from managers unless they like you (know that you're a hard worker and will take complete advantage of you).
