      Food all the time, people are obsessed with it in this company Benefits are decent Offices are great

      Departments pointing fingers instead of working together Execs protecting their kingdoms instead of contributing to the company's growth Too many managers/directors accross departments Oversized admin departments (mktg, fi, sales...) Too much chatter/politics Small company mentality with large corporation titles Too many reorganizations ...

      Quality work culture, with a very diverse group of employees. Once acclimated, you work independently, managing small to medium-sized projects across the 5 Boros of NYC and will report to Senior Management.

      Cons

      The client does not have the right people in the right positions, making them very difficult to manage.
