      Pros

      Great business model, good location, good work-life balance. Most of the people in the field and home office are great to work with.

      Cons

      Poor leadership. While some departments seemed to work well, others (looking at you, IT) could not produce anything. This was a problem with the leadership.

      Pros

      Quality work culture, with a very diverse group of employees. Once acclimated, you work independently, managing small to medium-sized projects across the 5 Boros of NYC and will report to Senior Management.

      Cons

      The client does not have the right people in the right positions, making them very difficult to manage.
