      Pros

      None anymore. There is not enough free food or soda in this world to make up for this culture/work environment shift.

      Cons

      This was the best place I had ever worked, until new leadership took over and made it the worst. Departments do not communicate at all. New hires are made based on cost (IT outsourcing) or whose friend you are. The company used to care about your work/life balance and had a great sense of family. We worked hard and looked out for one another. Avoid at all costs...

      Pros

      Quality work culture, with a very diverse group of employees. Once acclimated, you work independently, managing small to medium-sized projects across the 5 Boros of NYC and will report to Senior Management.

      Cons

      The client does not have the right people in the right positions, making them very difficult to manage.
