Pros

If you are dedicated to your vocation, work hard and have respect for your fellow employees and supervisors they'll bend over backwards to make it a great experience for you. There's mutual respect there. I left the company 6 months ago and through some stroke of luck I was able to go back recently and couldn't be more happy or grateful.

Cons

There are people who aren't happy with their jobs at every company. Gordian is no different. But if you believe in the mission and goals of the company and dedicate yourself to that you can be very happy here. I know I am.

Pros

Quality work culture, with a very diverse group of employees. Once acclimated, you work independently, managing small to medium-sized projects across the 5 Boros of NYC and will report to Senior Management.

Cons

The client does not have the right people in the right positions, making them very difficult to manage.
