Pros
There are some great people at Gordian and the food is a nice perk.
Cons
HR paints a pretty picture of life at Gordian, and depending on your level or department, I'm sure this ideal is mostly true for some as I do know people who are really happy in their roles. Unfortunately, there are probably a lot more people who have either been let go or fear for their job on a regular basis. Those that stay must either kiss up or have a perfect track record. In other words, play it really safe and you should be ok. Don't venture out and do anything risky or different or big and you should be fine. Outside of playing it really safe or being in one of a few safe roles, instability is common at Gordian. I really want to recommend it because of some really great people, but unfortunately I can't due to those in leadership who were brought on to prepare for an acquisition, but don't truly care about the employees.
