backbreaking labor for minimum wage (which they try to make up for with the tri-monthly bonus, which can only cap out at $300), complete lack of training structure so that management ends up relying on 3 capable workers to pick up slack/tasks for the other 20, hiring bodies instead of competent people, minors are a primary resource for staff so that (again) most of the tasks outside of talking to customers falls onto 18+ year old employees of which there are very little on the roster, no accountability for store management - complete lack of professionality/appropriate managerial behavior by Store Manager, Store Manager does what she wants how/when she wants to do it free of fear of confrontation because she and her boss are friends,
