Pros
The benefits are good, the pay is decent. You get premiums for the different environments you work in.
Cons
If you work here you know having a life is non existent , working nights and long shifts leaves you sleeping the whole day. The work is very repetitive and get boring real fast. You work 40 hours a week yet you are considered part time and thus receive no benefits in till you receive a set schedule that the management gives to whom ever they want. The other employees are for the most part miserable all year round. I find it tends to rub off on myself each day I come in. You have almost no job security are this place, all year round they hire and fire employees in a "revolving door" sense. If you're scheduled for a raise management finds a reason to not give you one through disciplinary level.
