Pros
Supposedly a 10% discount off merchandise. Store management was very nice. Supposedly flexible with scheduling, but I quit after one week.
Cons
Training in all parts of the store. No breaks if you're over 18. Must do a commission type sales job when not making commission. My starting pay was $8.70/hour and I was basically setting the store up for opening. No real training was being done.
