This is due to the new healthcare plans and other problems where if they schedule you more than 28, they have to give that person health insurance and benefits. Even though this company provides this, it just shows how greedy they are when it comes to money. Besides, the health insurance they provide is extremely minor anuway . Besides the hours, the work is terrible. If you ask for a break, you get it 2 hours later . management never gives you raises either.
