50+ hour work week, mid level mangement could care less about the lack of available labor hour for sales and more about just get the sales, earmings, customer perception scores for exceeding service levels poor pay for industry standard, used to much better. Mid level management seems to be less interested in true customer service and standards and more interested in getting numbers. morale is falling at an alarming rate and so are salaries and bonuses. budgetary requirements from corp are unrealistic, especially in this economy. Gordon go and emails are not the answer. many of clientel are older and not tech intersested. marketing experimentations are causing increased frustrations for customers resulting in more frustration for management and staff. always asked on visits where are all of your people. or why don't you havemore staff on duty. keep squeezing and you wont have the customers you have now we are already loosing them fast over these things
