Pros
-Relaxed environment...besides the November and December, this is a very slow paced job. There is enough to do throughout the day to keep you busy but it is never overly bust besides during thanksgiving, christmas and new years. - Hours- more experienced employees get more hours and it is very easy to get 30 hours a week.
Cons
-Management Team- Extremely disorganized and every Manager/Assistant Manager has a different view and way of getting things done. There is always conflict between managers and district managers. - Wages- Pay is awful to say the least. Employee reviews are done on a 6 month basis and no matter how well you do and improve you basically capped at 15cents every 6 months for a raise. Below average compared to other whole sale food stores.
