Pros
Company is always growing. There are lots of options to grow and advance in the company and do what ever your heart desires. The company is supporting of a family life/work balance. Time off is in line with other companies and the profit sharing is awesome!
Cons
Pay, pay, pay. From the bottom to the top, people are not compensated very well. The pay a decent wage but they are always 15-35% below market averages in what they pay. They believe in paying for performance but it's not very good when you do perform well. They are also slow to support anything that isn't sales. They throw tons of help at sales and not enough to support the sales. Some managers are a bit behind the times.
