Pros
Great health insurance. It's nice to work at a small community hospital. There best feature is their TUL program, where any employee with an idea can lead a multidisciplinary team to see if that idea is feasible, and if it is, to get it implemented within months.
Cons
I've worked in multiple departments. Some can get "cliquey", some aren't. Some are short-staffed and some aren't. Pay is stable and above the local average, but often not the top paying employer.
