Pros
There are genuinely good people who work here that want the best for their patients and will go out of their way to do so. The Cancer Center is amazing with nurses and providers who are changing lives everyday. The TUL culture and Magnet Program is excellent and collaborative efforts are often very fruitful.
Cons
The "re-alignment" with consulting firm Kauffman-Hall cut dozens of jobs jobs in 2023 and has had long-term effects on the organization. This re-alignment caused a lot of distrust between the organization and its colleagues and there were numerous occasions where the truth was being withheld. The Emergency Room and Surgical Services are still trying to recover from this consulting firm and the impact the decision to use them has created.
