Could be better - Medical Assistant Goshen Medical Center Employee Review

We have to clean the entire office because they don’t have a cleaning company, do all the referrals, all the PAs for medications, ct scans, MRIs etc. they want us to answer all the phone calls for the office even when we have patients in the room with us, and they squeeze as many patients as possible and are upset if we fall behind. Also, the pay is only 14 an hour. It could be A LOT better for all of the work clinical staff have to do.
